The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Returned products must be carefully packed in their original packaging, free of odour and in perfect condition (including the garment). Once the product has been returned according to the instructions, we will refund the full price of the purchase, excluding a €10 return fee. The return fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Failure to collect the parcel is not sufficient to cancel the transaction. If the parcel is left uncollected and Posti returns it to the place of dispatch, we will charge a €15 return fee.

You can also return it to our Pukinmäki warehouse in Helsinki to avoid the 10€ return fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is made after the 14-day exchange and return period, we will charge a €20 return fee on the refundable balance of the purchase. The 14-day return and exchange period is calculated from the day the parcel is delivered by the postal service to the delivery point chosen by the customer.

If you wish to exchange the product, it must be returned to ESENGO unused and in saleable condition and a new order must be placed in the online shop. The new product must be ordered via the online shop as a new order. We will issue a refund for the returned product when the shipment reaches us.

If we see that a new order has been placed under your name, i.e. it is an exchange instead of a return, we will credit the full amount of the return and will not deduct the €10 return fee.

You can always return your shipment via a Post Office service point. Save the delivery code issued by the Post Office until your return has been credited.
