Delivery conditions and Returns

Terms of delivery of the online store

The online store's products are sold by ESENGO, business ID number 3322948-5 . For individuals in Europe. The prices of the products include value added tax in the home country and in the EU. We reserve the right to change prices and posting rates.

Ordering

Products are ordered via the internet at www.esengo.fi via the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.

The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.

Delivery times

We try to process orders within 1-4 days of the order's arrival and deliver to the customer via Finnish posting system. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Promotions, weekends and holidays may affect delivery times.

International customers are themselves responsible for their country's taxes, customs and/or VAT. of payments.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are added to the order price, which are automatically updated according to the delivery address.

Free delivery within Finland for purchases over €100

Delivery costs within Finland: €5.90

Delivery costs to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden and Denmark: €5.90

 

Return

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Returned products must be carefully packed in the original packaging, fragrance-free and in perfect condition (including the clothing tag). When the product has been returned according to the instructions, we will refund the full price of the purchase excluding the shipping fee. 

Not picking up the package is not enough to cancel the transaction. 

You can also return or exchange your product at our warehouse in Helsinki. Delivery costs are not refunded.

The 14-day right of return and exchange is calculated from the day when the post office has delivered the package to the delivery point chosen by the customer and, in the case of collection, from the day when we have sent the collection notification via text message.

If you want to exchange the product, you must return it to ESENGO in unused and salable condition and place a new order in the online store . You can return the product to ESENGO's office or make a normal return via Posti. The new product must be ordered via the online store as a new order . We will issue a refund for the returned product when the shipment reaches us.

If we see that a new order has been placed under your name, i.e. it is an exchange instead of a return, we will refund the entire return amount and will not deduct the €10 return fee from the amount.

You can always return your shipment through Posti's service point. You will receive a return form from us for the return.

Save the tracking number provided by the post office until your return has been refunded.
